Rhino’s control injection valve offers excellent control and throttling capabilities, providing assurance that down stream pressures are properly maintained. The Rhino injection valve is also a good choice for multiple service conditions such as water and brine.
The valve utilizes a three piece, high-pressure design rated for service to 3000 psi and is available in two body sizes. The IV has a multiple size flow coefficient, based on the application. The IV (Cv) range is 1.2 to 56. Two body sizes with one face-to-face dimension allows the full range of flow coefficients without piping changes.
The Rhino IV valve is available with a choice of threaded connections, socket weld ends, butt weld ends, or flanges, as well as any combination of any of these end connections. Valve body material choices are either carbon steel, 316, or 316L stainless steel. Seats materials are either Delrin®, reinforced TFE, or PEEK (polyetheretherketone) for steam service. Stem seals are PTFE.
